Shipping & Returns
Your order will be processed immidiately after payment received and sent wthin three business days.
Tracking number is available for customers to track the parcel status online.
Terms and Regulations:
Seller should pay responsibility of original country customhouse , buyer should pay responsibility of target country and/or the third country customhouse if any difficulty or trouble happened.
Order closed when the tracking number appears on forwarder official website. Any lose or damage should be on account of forwarder.
Return Policy:
For defective items, Jack Telecom provide warranty of exchange or maintenance or credit to original buyer only.
Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning to seller and seller is responsible for the resending cost to buyer.
